Positive: I love the neatness of the apartment; I appreciate the fact that everything I needed was easy to find due to the clear instructions provided, as well as the great customer service. I like the fact that I didn't have any issues while I was there.

Positive: I appreciate how new, well-kept, and modern the space and everything in it were. The living room is very light, the kitchen roomy and equipped for all basic needs and then some. My room was cozy, with a closet and storage space. The accommodations suited my needs well. The biggest and best thing was how responsive and helpful the staff were. So much greenery all around! Take advantage of the proximity to Washington Park, UC, the Robie House, the many parks of Hyde Park! If you don't have, a car, get ready for a lot of public transit and seeing how Chicago operates outside of the standard tourist zone.
Negative: The bed is comfortable, but very high, somewhat difficult to get off and onto it. I wish there was a small-sized laundry detergent in the complimentary basket.
Summary: Definitely recommend!

Positive: The accommodation was nice, everything we needed for a 3 night stay (Queen room w/private bathroom). The shared space was comfy and clean, as well. We had no issues, so there was no need to reach out to the host. Met a lovely older Australian couple, sharing the same shared space. Digital access to our accommodation, easy...
Negative: The area leaves some to be desired, in my opinion. That being said, I can see that they may be attempting to build this area up to make it more attractive for renters and visitors. We had no problems entering/exiting the property or in the neighborhood. The same is true for the lovely older Australian couple.
Summary: New to Booking.com, no reviews - We gave it a try!!
